Dali Bagot ni Horbo


Dali or bagot ni horbo ie, water buffalo milk is processed traditionally and is typical of the local food Tapanuli  according to the story, the tradition of buffalo milk processing into medal already begun by their ancestors since the batak community.

To increase the quality and quantity of milk, the mother buffalo given extra food, sweet potatoes and rice bran mixed with salt to taste and mixed with several kinds of vitamins. Dali can also be blended with papaya juice.
